This innovative commercial turf tool is designed to repair spots in thin or dead turfgrass, removing 9" pyramid shaped squares of sod. This Turf Doctor revitalizes and rejuvenates your turfgrass. It is to be used to replace poor spots with already existing turf from turf nurseries or from the turf grass edges of a garden. Only perform this task if all the weeds are eliminated and the turf area is dismal. This greatly improves the recovery process and minimizes root loss because each piece of replacement sod fits into the exchange hole. The surface remains firm and stable since each sod piece is firmly held into place by the wedges of undistributed soil.
