Bahco Forestry Bypass Lopper - P19-80

The Bahco P19-80 Forestry Bypass Lopper is intended for use in landscape, parks and forestry.

These heavy-duty bypass loppers are used to cut thick and strong branches on old, mature trees and vines as well as cutting live wood. The cutting blade of the lopper slides past a counterblade in a scissor motion, "bypassing" them. The pivot bolt is offset from the natural centerline of this lopper. The design creates a slicing motion during cutting, assisting in the pruning of live wood and spreads the wear over the whole length of the blade for extended life.
